Raw chocolate chia pudding

Raw chocolate chia pudding

Sometimes I feel lazy and forget how easy it is to create a delicious raw chocolate dessert. What is fab about this one is that any leftovers make a yummy breakfast!

Here is a fab raw chocolate pudding, that is quick to make and delicious. Go on treat yourself to a yummy good for you dessert.

Ingredients for mango and raw chocolate dessert

  • 2 tablespoons chia seed
  • 1-cup water (use judgment as this is to soak the chia in)
  • 1 or more avocado
  • 2 – 3 tablespoons raw cacao powder
  • 1-tablespoon lucuma powder
  • Sweet Freedom / Agave / Honey to taste
  • 1 mango (skin off and stone out)

  1. Soak the chia in water for at least an hour (overnight is better). The chia will swell
  2. Blend all ingredients together until smooth and creamy
  3. Add ice cubes to the blender if you want to serve straight away otherwise, place in the fridge
  4. Top with fruit and serve

Let your imagination run free.  I often add in greek yoghurt, nuts, chopped up Yummy Scrummy brownie, top with raspberries.

All of the ingredients can be bought from Elements for life

Ohhh! Sounds delicious! I’m not even much of a chocolate eater, but this would be a great desert.
